I want to get the DLCs for ETS2 but they are wayyyyyyyyy to expensive (nearly ÂŁ60) for me to buy so I'm wondering if there is any way for me to get cracked ETS2 DLC for a legit steam copy of it. Promods is amazing and adds more to the map than all the DLC combined. Although IMO the map DLCs are all worth it on their own even without Promods. #2.

Depends on what you want. Though generally map DLCs are always a good idea as they give you more area to drive on. I would recommend the Going East DLC as it is pretty cheap and it connects with the Road to the Black Sea DLC so that, if you buy that DLC too, you can take contracts from the base map to over the Going East DLC to the Road to the Black Sea DLC. Road to the Black sea is defintely a NO NO. It adds 3 countries that just stick out like a sore thumb (Meaning they have no reason to be there cuz they dont connect with any other dlc execept going tru very old map areas. TLDR: France and if you can Italy. Later this year get Iberia (Spain and Portugal). That's the best combo imo.
ADR class 1 also allows you to play makeshift fuel tanker for half-decent pay, if so tickles your fancy. The two drop side variants are incredibly limited. They have very few cargo types, and rarely pay any more than 50 €/km. The crane variant actually pays less, due to it being able to carry less cargo.
