You have to finish Theresa's part of the DLC first. Then the game switches back to Henry so you can play rest of the DLC. Once you start you’re in. But if you rush through it is very quick. Not that I suggest doing that, it is worth taking the time.

There is a very cool new set of armor you can acquire, so it might be more enjoyable to obtain it early on to be able to use the armor for the majority of the game, if unique Treasures of the Past is a DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
